Recipe: Sauce Rémoulade
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp course grain mustard
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped pickles
- 1 Tbs champagne vinegar
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
- Pinch of fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
In a food processor fitted with a steel blade add all the ingredients together and pulse until the ingredients are incorporated well. Chill for 30 minutes and serve.
Serve with crab cakes
