Recipe: Lime Daiquiri
- 3 cups Bacardi silver rum
- 2 ¼ cups freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2/3 cup simple sugar syrup
First prepare the simple sugar syrup by placing 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a small sauce pan. Heat until the sugar dissolves, stir and allow to cool to room temperature. Next add the rum, fresh squeezed lime juice and the cooled simple syrup to a pitcher and stir well to combine. Cover the pitcher with plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour. After 1 hour, stir again to reincorporate and fill the cocktail glasses with ice and then pour the daiquiri over the ice. Enjoy and drink responsibly.
