Peach Bellini

Recipe: Peach Bellini


  • 2 Ripe Peaches
  • 1 Tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 Bottle Prosecco, chilled


Pit and dice peaches and add to a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Add lemon juice and sugar and process until pureed. Push the puree though a fine sieve and discard the contents in sieve. Add 2 Tablespoons of the peach puree to each glass and fill with chilled Prosecco. Stir if desired and serve immediately. Drink responsibly.
